WHO IS VILLAGE CHURCH?

Village Church is a Baptist church, associated, and in good-standing with the Elmore Baptist Association as well as the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions. Our Pastor, Patrick Franklin, has over 20 years of ministry experience, with an application-based approach to his preaching. 

He longs to see people experience transformation rather than absorb information. Pastor Pat’s desire is to see sermons turn into action and obedience.  

Village Church has contemporary worship with an intentional focus on theological accuracy. We want to sing songs that point to Christ and the truth of scripture. Our Worship Pastor RJ Volnoff carefully selects songs that help us encounter God and prepare our hearts to hear The Word.

Our Children’s, Youth, and Young Adult Ministries are both engaging and meaningful. Understanding the balance of fun and faith, our leaders make space for both. When these groups gather for worship, the time is spent purposefully teaching and applying The Word. Our leaders plan various outings throughout the year where these groups experience connection and fun through recreational activities.

Our Men’s and Women’s Ministries, as well as our Small Groups are places of challenge, encouragement, and equipping for adults. Meeting weekly, these groups help people find community, a place to discuss God’s word, and receive godly advice from people in their same season of life.
